1. Kas tvarko jūsų duomenis

2. Kokius duomenis renkame

Kai užpildote užklausos formą arba kainos skaičiuoklę, gauname:

vardą, telefono numerį, el. pašto adresą ir miestą;
skaičiuoklėje pasirinktus baldų parametrus (matmenys, medžiagos, priedai) ir apskaičiuotą orientacinę kainą;
jūsų laisvai įrašytą žinutę ir, jei pridedate, patalpos nuotraukas ar planą.

Prašome formoje nepateikti daugiau asmeninės informacijos, nei reikia užklausai.

3. Kam naudojame duomenis ir kokiu pagrindu

Atsakyti į jūsų užklausą, susitarti dėl nemokamo matavimo ir parengti pasiūlymą. Pagrindas — veiksmai jūsų prašymu prieš sudarant sutartį (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. b p.).
Sudaryti ir vykdyti sutartį, jei užsakote baldus. Pagrindas — sutarties vykdymas (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. b p.) ir teisinės prievolės, pvz., apskaitos (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. c p.).
Atsiųsti skaičiavimo kopiją į jūsų el. paštą, jei to paprašote formoje.

Reklaminių naujienlaiškių nesiunčiame ir jūsų duomenų neparduodame.

4. Kiek laiko saugome

Užklausos, po kurių sutartis nesudaroma, — 12 mėnesių nuo paskutinio susirašinėjimo, po to ištrinamos.
Jei sudaroma sutartis, duomenys saugomi sutarties galiojimo laikotarpiu ir tiek, kiek reikalauja Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktai (pvz., apskaitos dokumentai — 10 metų).

5. Kas gali gauti jūsų duomenis

Duomenis gauna tik UAB „Miriza“ darbuotojai, kuriems jų reikia jūsų užklausai įvykdyti. Svetainę ir el. paštą techniškai aptarnauja paslaugų teikėjai (svetainės priegloba — Hostinger), kurie duomenis tvarko tik pagal mūsų nurodymus. Jei duomenys perduodami už Europos ekonominės erdvės ribų, tai daroma taikant BDAR numatytas apsaugos priemones.

6. Skaičiuoklė

Skaičiuoklė pateikia tik orientacinę kainą pagal jūsų įvestus duomenis. Tai nėra pasiūlymas ir nėra automatizuotas sprendimas, turintis jums teisinių pasekmių. Tikslią kainą pateikiame po matavimo.

7. Slapukai ir naršyklės saugykla

Svetainė nenaudoja reklaminių ar sekimo slapukų. Jūsų pasirinkta kalba ir spalvų tema išsaugoma tik jūsų naršyklėje (localStorage) ir mums neperduodama.

8. Jūsų teisės

Turite teisę susipažinti su savo duomenimis, juos ištaisyti, ištrinti, apriboti jų tvarkymą, nesutikti su tvarkymu ir gauti juos perkeliamu formatu, taip pat bet kada atšaukti duotą sutikimą (tai neturi įtakos iki atšaukimo atliktam tvarkymui). Jei manote, kad jūsų duomenys tvarkomi neteisėtai, galite pateikti skundą Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai (L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, ada@ada.lt, vdai.lrv.lt).

1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

When you submit the enquiry form or the price calculator, we receive:

your name, phone number, e-mail address and city;
the furniture parameters you selected (dimensions, materials, options) and the estimated price;
your free-text message and, if you attach them, photos or a plan of the room.

Please do not include more personal information than your enquiry needs.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry, arrange the free measurement and prepare a quote. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To conclude and perform a contract if you order furniture. Basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).
To send a copy of the estimate to your e-mail, if you ask for it in the form.

We do not send marketing newsletters and we do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: 12 months after the last correspondence, then deleted.
If a contract is concluded: for the term of the contract and as long as Lithuanian law requires (e.g. accounting records — 10 years).

5. Who receives your data

Only UAB "Miriza" staff who need it to handle your enquiry. The website and e-mail are technically operated by service providers (web hosting — Hostinger) acting only on our instructions. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is done with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

6. The calculator

The calculator gives an estimated price only, based on what you enter. It is not an offer and not an automated decision with legal effects for you. We give the exact price after measuring.

7. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your chosen language and colour theme are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal). Write to info@m-baldai.lt — we reply within 1 month.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, ada@ada.lt, vdai.lrv.lt).
